3. Buying and Selling
All transactions on Vonoo are subject to our Vonoo Protect system. Payments are held until delivery is confirmed. Users agree to describe items accurately and handle disputes professionally.
4. Prohibited Content
Users agree not to list, sell, or purchase illegal items, counterfeit goods, or items that violate intellectual property rights. Vonoo reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate this policy.
5. Platform Fees
Vonoo charges an 8% platform fee on all transactions. This fee covers Vonoo Protect, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through our platform first. Our admin team will review evidence and make fair decisions based on the information provided.
7. Liability Limitation
Vonoo Marketplace is provided "as-is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our platform.
8. Changes to Terms
Vonoo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
